يناير 5, 2017على الرغم عن ذكائه وتيقظه يبدو هذا الطفل أكثر جدا وأهدأ مظهرا من جميع الأطفال . لولا عناده في الأكل خاصة, لاعتبر من أهنأ الأطفال وأقربهم إلى قلوب الأمهات . صعوبته ناجمة عن ذوقه الخاص في الطعام . فهو منذ بداية عمره يفضل أصنافا على أخرى , ويرفض بإصرار تعويده غيرها . هذا العناد لا يمنعه من أن يكون خجولا ومهذبا ودمثا إلى أقصى حد . وهو بالإجمال مطيع لأهله ومعلميه , لا يضطرهم إلى توبيخه أو حتى إلى تكرار الأوامر .
هذا الطفل أيضاً سريع النطق , يتعلم الكلام في وقت مبكر ثم سرعان ما يصبح سلس الحديث جاد العبارات باستثناء حالات الخجل والارتباك أمام الغرباء . وهو ماهر في التقليد , كثيرا ما يحاكي أفراد عائلته وينتقدهم بأسلوب فذ مضحك . ومع ذلك يميل إلى الأدوار الجادة وإلى تحمل المسؤوليات أكثر من غيره . في المدرسة يعتبر التلميذ المفضل لدى معلميه بسبب مثابرته وطاعته وتهذيبه الجم , لكن ما يزعجهم منه ارتباكه الشديد إذا اضطر إلى إلقاء قصيدة أو خطاب أمام زملائه ورفضه القاطع للنقد .
أما ما عدا ذلك فهو خلوق , يسدي الخدمات دون مقابل , ولا يتردد في معاونة معلميه في تصحيح الفروض أو جمع العلامات , وينجح في هذا الدور لما يتحلى به من الاستقامة والموضوعية والدقة مما يتيح له تصحيح الأخطاء التي يرتكبها الأستاذ نفسه في بعض الأحيان . والطريف أنه لا يتورع عن ذلك وهو المعروف بكراهيته الشديدة لأي نقد له يصدر عن الآخرين .
يحتاج هذا الطفل إلى الأدلة الحسية التي تبرهن عن حب أهله له وتعلقهم به و إن كان يرفض المجاهرة بتلك الحاجة . إنه على كل حال من بين القلائل الذين لا خوف عليهم من الميوعة أو الفساد مهما بالغ الأهل في تدليلهم . صعوبته الوحيدة مصدرها تمسكه بعاداته ورفضه لكل تغيير , وفيما عدا ذلك يعتبر وجوده نعمة لأبويه وخصوصا لوالدته التي يشترك معها أحيانا في تدبير المنزل وفي مسك الحسابات . يتعلق بالمخلوقات الضعيفة والحشرات الصغيرة مما يجعله يقضي الساعات في مراقبة وكر للنمل مثلا بينما وجود كلب ضخم لا يعني له شيئا .
يرفض هذا الطفل المعلومات غير المكتملة ويلجأ إلى مصادر تثقيفية عديدة بالإضافة إلى الكتاب المدرسي . أكثر ما يحب الجدل والنقاش , فإذا بدا خلالهما أقل معرفة من زملائه انطوى على نفسه وشعر بالتعاسة والخجل . يرفض في سن المراهقة العلاقات الدائمة أو الجادة وخصوصا تلك التي تستهدف الزواج , كما يكره أن يشار إلى حياته العاطفية من قريب أو بعيد , ولهذا السبب تصعب عليه صراحة الآخرين .
إن عقله الواعي وأسلوب تفكيره العملي يحرمانه أشياء كثيرة يزخر بها عالم الأطفال الذين في مثل سنه . فهو مثلا قليل التخيلات والأحلام نادر الاهتمام بقصص الجن والأشباح وغير ذلك . ومع أن عظمته في تلك الواقعية إلا أن هناك خوفا عليه من الوحشة في المستقبل . ينبغي لأهله تشجيعه على اقتحام عالم الأوهام بين الفترة والأخرى بحيث تصبح طفولته أقل جدا وأكثر تشعبا ومرحا .
